THE PRESS OF
SPECIAL PURPOSE
The purpose is squeezing of
oil from oil-containing raw material by a cold mode for deriving pharmacopoeia,
medicinal and food oils with preservation of their biologically active
substances. It can also be applied for hot pressing to derive food and
engineering oils; as well as for squeezing of juice from plants with a rigid
fabric.
Nowadays squeezing of oil
from oil-containing raw material is carried out on a press equipment, supplied
by presses with endless-screw, the construction of which leads to significant
self-heating of pressing raw material and large specific power-expenditures.
The alternative kinematics
and design solutions of new press eliminate self-heating of pressing
oil-containing raw material at a sizeable reduction of specific power
expenditures. A reduction of temperature of pressing raw material will allow to
save biologically active components of oil, that will increase its food value. Be-sides
such process will allow to receive pharmacopoeia oil.

participating in work from the part of the developer during 4 working months
(120 days), will make 4 experts. Thus the work is fulfilled on territory of the
customer.
The customer of production
will receive profit from the usage of the new press at the expense of greater
efficiency, better quality of squeezed oil, saving of the electric power and
reduction of metal consumption.
The investments make US
$500 thousand, value of the know-how – US $1.5 million, period of repayment - 2
years.
